Dragon Ball’s Vegeta is given a fresh hairstyle and a feminine look in a dazzling gender-swapped cosplay that could even please Akira Toriyama.
An amazing Dragon Ball fan created a Vegeta cosplay that transforms gender.
It was shared on Reddit and presented at the recent Sakura-Con, the costume depicts the prince of all Saiyans’ iconic black hair that is spikily replaced by flowing and long hair. It also comes with an edgier version of the iconic Saiyan blue-and-white battle armor.

1984 saw the release of Akira Toriyama’s manga, Dragon Ball, in Shuiesha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. The story follows Son Goku’s life from childhood to adulthood as the battle-crazed and food-lover kid is taught martial arts and sets off on adventures. As time passes, Goku and his comrades fight a myriad of dangerous and wacky villains, including the galactic villain Frieza and the bio-android Cell.
Dragon Ball’s Mega-Franchise
The series by Toriyama is among the most popular in the history of publishing, with over 300 million copies being sold globally. Because of its incredibly high amount of acclaim and popularity, Dragon Ball spawned multiple anime adaptations from Toei Animation and a plethora of spin-offs and tie-in films. This mega-franchise also offers a wide range of merchandise, video games, collectibles, merchandise, theme park attractions,, and musical soundtracks, as well as fan-made content, such as cosplay.

The genderswapped Vegeta cosplay isn’t just the most famous example of recent fan-made content for Dragon Ball. Berserk Boy, a Twitter user, shared an 8-bit animation showing Vegeta and Goku launching powerful energy beams at one of their opponents. Filipina cosplayer rikkaxrose also showcased their version of Bulma Briefs the fan-favorite character. They have dressed the blue-haired engineer as well as the scientist in a classic bunny costume.

There’s more to his work than his impressive fan art. It’s not surprising that Toei Animation and Bandai Namco released a trailer for a new title in the Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi video game series. The games let players play as fan-favorite characters like Son Goku or Vegeta, and then battle it out. A lot of people were shocked to learn that Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4 was announced. In addition,, Toriyama’s Sand Land manga, which is similar in style and tone to Dragon Ball, will receive a film adaptation later this year. Beelzebub is played by Mutsumi Tamura (Tribe Nine) known as a voice actor.
